Variance Request

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Green Grove will conduct a public hearing on February 8^th, 2025 @ 7:30am. The public hearing will be held at the Green Grove Town Hall, N12865 Sparrow Ave, Owen WI, 54460, to hear public comment regarding a variance application by Curvin R Brubacker, W2843 Oak Rd Curtiss WI, 54422, for parcel # 018.0254.001, Section 12. The application is requesting a variance for a setback for a building/structure on said property. A copy of the proposed variance request is available and open for inspection by the public at the clerk’s office, N14361 Cardinal Ave, Owen, WI 54460.  The public is invited to attend the public hearing and to provide input.
