Ordinance#07102024 establishing split shifts for election workers

The Town Board of the Town of Green Grove, Clark County, Wisconsin, has the specidit Authority under S.7.30(1), Wis. stats., to adopt this ordinance.  This ordinance adopted by a mojority of the town board on a roll call vote witha quarum present and voting and proper nitice having been given, provides for the selection of 2(ir more) sets of officials towork at different times on each election day as follows  If needed there may be 2 shifts for election workers on elections days.  The first shift shall commence at 6:30 am and end at 1:30pm.  The second shift shall commence at 1:30pm and end with completion of all required election day duties that follow the closure of the polls.  this ordinance is effective on publication or posting.  The town cler shall properly post or publish this ordinance as requried under s. 60.80, Wis.stats.  Adopted this 10th day of July, 2024
