Green Grove BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Public Hearing Notice

 

The Green Grove Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Saturday, July 8, 2023 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Green Grove Town Hall, Green Grove, Wisconsin.  Public comment will be heard on the application of Nelson Hoover, on behalf of the school at N13089 Miller Ave, Owen, Wisconsin.  The petitioner desires to construct an open sided shed on Miller Ave (Town of Green Grove), and addressed as N13089 Miller Ave, Owen, Wisconsin.

 

The action requested is a variance to Section 5.3b, of Town of Green Grove Ordinances, in order to construct the open sided shed within 50 feet of the property line.  The board may conduct a site inspection after hearing testimony. 

 

Interested persons may present testimony regarding the variance to the board at the meeting.
